To get to the Car Rental Center at SJC, follow this direction:

• If your plane is arriving at Terminal B, walk to the other side of the road, across from the Baggage Claim area.
• For those arriving in Terminal A, you can go to the rental car area (in front of Terminal B) by taking a complimentary blue shuttle bus.

The rental facility is generally open 24/7 but you can also inquire at your service provider for specific service hours and return procedures.

When ready to return your vehicle to the car rental center, remove all personal items before turning over the rented vehicle to the designated facility.
