Buses to and from Minneapolis St Paul International Airport (MSP)
After landing at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), passengers have many options for ground transportation.
These options include taxis, ridesharing services, rental cars, and shuttle services provided by hotels, trains, and public buses.
Before leaving the airport terminal, you must ensure that your belongings have been collected from the Baggage Claim area.
City Bus Service (Minneapolis) Public Buses
Metro Transit is the company that operates the city bus service (Route 54).
The pick-up and drop-off locations for city buses can be found in the Ground Transportation Center, on Level 1 of the Silver Ramp in Terminal 1.
The bus ride from the airport into downtown Minneapolis costs $2.00 for a one-way ticket.
Please be aware that Terminal 2 has no bus pick-up or drop-off areas.
The only way for passengers arriving at Terminal 2 to access the public bus system is to take the complimentary light rail transit to Terminal 1.
