Buses to and from Colorado Springs Airport (COS)

Upon arrival at Colorado Springs Airport (COS), passengers can choose from several ground transportation services, including rental cars, taxis, rideshares, hotel shuttle services, and buses.

Take note there is no public bus with a regular route from the airport to the city.

At COS, buses are the cheapest option to get to the city, but it might take the longest and can be difficult to plan.

Passengers can prearrange their rides from the airport.

The only way to the Colorado Springs Airport is with a vehicle. There is only one road in and one road out of the airport.

Route 37

Mountain Metro is adding bus service to and from the Colorado Springs Airport. Route 37 will run seven days a week, and it will connect with other routes to provide transportation to Security-Widefield and downtown.

The route begins at Hancock Plaza at South Academy Boulevard and Hancock Expressway. It stops at Peak Innovation Park before arriving at the airport.

Buses run multiple times per hour from 6:15 AM to 8:35 AM, then again from 5:13 PM to 7:32 PM each day.

Tickets cost $2.00, and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes.

Mountain Metropolitan Transit is the public transportation operator for the metro area of Colorado Springs, Colorado, providing service to downtown Colorado Springs and surrounding areas within city limits and the city of Manitou Springs, Widefield, and Security.

Metro Mountain provides a total of 27 local routes in the city.

Currently, Metro offers bus service to about 70% of the city Monday-Saturday, plus limited weekday evening and Sunday service.
