Enterprise Car Rental at Boston Airport

Logan International Airport is a hub for the regional airline company of Cape Air and a focus city for JetBlue Airways. It’s other main airline companies include Delta Air Lines, US Airways and American Airlines. The airport is recognised by its code of BOS, and is located in East Boston, partly in the town of Winthrop. Its passengers have access to excellent facilities, including ground transportation facilities and car rental companies. The airport of Boston, in the state of Massachusetts, is large, handling 28 million passengers every year. It consists of four terminal buildings, referred to as the Terminals A, B, C and E. Of course, the Premium and Luxury cars come with additional features, and are well suited to business professionals who need to make a good impression or who are attending a prestigious event. A Minivan such as the Chrysler Town and Country or Dodge Caravan is ideal for groups of travellers. In America, cars are driven on the right-hand side of the road, and the driver should always carry a valid driving license when operating the vehicle. US-issued licenses are accepted, and most others in English may not pose problems, however, if from a foreign country, it is best to find out from Enterprise all the documents that are required. Drivers younger than 25 will pay higher rental rates for young driver fees, and may only be able to hire smaller vehicles. Hand control equipment is free of charge, but will need to be fitted the vehicle prior to your arrival, and an advanced reservation is therefore required. Other items of equipment available from Enterprise include child seats and satellite navigation systems. Ensure that you specify the age of your child so that the correct size of seat can be reserved. Book these items along with your vehicle, as they may not be available when arriving at the rental counters. Before leaving the airport, make sure that you understand the workings of the vehicle, know which type of fuel to use and have the emergency numbers to contact in case of a breakdown or accident. The vehicle will also be checked for existing damages before you head for Boston.

The hired car will need to be returned to Logan Airport unless an Enterprise one way hire has been arranged. This service is convenient for persons who do not wish to return to the airport from where the vehicle was collected, but who would rather return it to a different rental location. Enterprise is present at all major airports in the United States, and have rental offices in many downtown locations as well. Confirm with Enterprise to where the rented car can be driven. Anywhere in Massachusetts is usually fine, and it may also usually go into the neighbouring states. Further trips that will take the vehicle into another country may be prohibited.
