Ride Shares at Boise Airport

Rideshare will meet their passengers at the Upper Curb and East Side.

Passengers can reserve rideshare by downloading the company’s app on their smartphone and coordinating directly with their driver. They can also request a ride a few days before their flight to avoid the inconvenience.

Ridesharing apps should let users verify the identity of drivers by checking out their faces, license plates, and colors.

Taxis at Boise Airport

Upon exit from the Baggage Claim area, go to the Ground Transportation Center toward the taxi stand in front of your terminal building.

The area is color-coded. Taxis are on the black curb. One-way fare to Downtown is about $20.00.

If you need to travel outside the city area, please consult your driver for rates. It is customary to give the driver a tip (15-20% of the fare) for good service.

Trains at Boise Airport

The Amtrak train station is available near downtown Boise.

From the airport, you can hire a taxi to the train station in Flying J Travel Plaza at 3353 South Federal Way, for approximately $20.00. More information about train services near Boise Airport.

Buses at Boise Airport

Direct route buses to Downtown include:

• Bus Route 3: Vista;
• Bus Route 4: Roosevelt; and
• Bus Route 5: Emerald

If your final destination is downtown Boise, take Route 4 (Roosevelt). It gets you to the city in the shortest travel time.
